CurrentAs the Head of eBook Production department at Astrik, I oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. My role encompasses content creation, meticulous editing, and precise formatting of our publications. I am also charged with the creative direction of illustrations and the design of captivating book covers. Beyond production, my responsibilities extend to managing publishing and printing orders, as well as crafting compelling marketing materials, including articles, blogs, social media content, video book trailers, website mockups, and web copy. Task delegation and quality assurance are integral to my duties before submission to project managers. Additionally, I facilitate brainstorming sessions with the sales team to maximize upselling opportunities with our existing clientele.
