Responsibilities include :⦁ Train newly recruited sections heads , floor manages and Show room Managers on company procedure , clint handling and relevant technical issues ⦁ Highly focused on ensuring exceptional in-store customer experiences by anticipating customer needs and consider the impact of all decisions/ actions on customer.⦁ Analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities to exceed the budget.⦁ Promotes teamwork by creating a positive and rewarding atmosphere where people want to come to work and Participates in delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and individual.⦁ Providing significant feedback to the store manager about any opportunities that could help us to improve the business.⦁ Giving training to new Section Head related to (planning, prioritizing, people management, Services and Sales ) ⦁ Identifies and hires best Sales Associates to maintain a fully staffed through succession planning and filling all opening vacancies in a timely manner
