- Develops and implement, or adapts, an effective Human resources strategy, policy, practices and systems in collaboration with the group HR and ensuring execution of HR activities by providing expertise and performance monitoring.- Provides pro-active strategies and advice concerning employment related legislation, particularly where legislative changes occur.- Contributes to organizational strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level so that the Human Resources strategy is aligned with overall business strategic direction.- Monitors HR best practices and where appropriate, introduce these practices to the HR organization.

Accountable for the overall direction and leadership of the company’s Human Resources and Communication function. Lead HR team to provide a range of high-quality Human Resource Services and ensure all people-related activities undertaken are in accordance with HR best practices and in alignment with organization strategy and vision.

- Fulfil all the recruitment needs and execute training programs.- Manage the annual performance management system.- Organize employees' retention and communication programs.

Assist in the Human Resources activities:- Maintaining the relations with different recruitment pools- Presenting and developing the HR Orientation Program- Coordinating posting job vacancies according to the job specifications- Filtering resumes, evaluating applicants’ skills and qualifications- Managing testing and interviewing process- Designing the monthly newsletter- Managing entertainment activities (Annual Iftar Party, ISO Celebration, Trips)
