Working closely with Tatweer Misr Development / Hospitality and Engineering Directors at the corporate level to complete the desired and structured Pre-opening Implementation Plan at short period of time.• Oversees constructions work with Owning Company & Project Manager of contracting company during pre-opening to check the progress of Basecamp• Develop Pre-opening Budget and preparation of cash flow projection* Sorting, contracting and implementing cloud based PMS• Fully responsibility on the Testing & Commissioning of the Services & Products before the opening• Following up on the Basecamp Licensing Checklist with the local authorities as to ensure we are aligned with rules & regulations set the by the Local Government• Achieves property financial/business plan, goals and expectations as established plan for all areas of responsibility and organize/implement strategic and tactical plans• Planning on the Recruitment strategies & Payroll cost comparison within the market range• Managing the operations during the soft launch phase Oct 2020 – Apr 2022
