• Responsible for the E&I maintenance, automation, inventory management and project execution of PM7 and pulping lines in the biggest paper and board plant of Pakistan. • FBD programming, HMI designing in PG2 interface, logic modification and general troubleshooting on ABB 800xA DCS system. • Troubleshooting, Commissioning and tuning of ABB DCS600, DCS800, ACS800 and ACS880 VFDs. • Troubleshooting and Programming in Siemens S7-300, 400 and 1500 PLCs. • Served as the project engineer for the commissioning of new Pope Reel system for the PM7 machine.

● Studied the inner working of a combined cycle power plant. ● Worked closely with our plant supervisor and learned about the operation of turbines, switch-yards, and transformers.● Delivered 3 presentations, and a final report about individual components and the overall operation of the power plant.

● Studied the manufacturing of different types of transformers. ● Explored different departments at PEL such as Material Planning and Quality Control.

● Worked closely with the Grid Officer in the distribution department of a 132 kV Grid Station ● Learned about electricity scheduling and distribution in Multan's outskirts. ● Computerized several tasks for my supervisor.
