CurrentCompany officer and member of the Executive Management Committee responsible for all IT operations and project delivery, including: PMO, Engineering, Business Analysis & QA, Help Desk, Servers, Storage, Network, Production Support 24X7, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and DevOps.- Established an annual process to clearly define and link business and IT strategy to ensure alignment between technology and business teams as a part of the culture.- Deployed a unique process to increase or decrease IT spending given market conditions and business needs- Reorganized the IT team to consistently achieve near 100% success rate in project delivery.- Successfully defined and branded IT team’s strategy along with vision, mission and values.- Deployed business capabilities to transform billing, financials and claims management that improved decision-making abilities and reduced monthly close cycle from 10 days to 3 days.- Designed and deployed a state of the art data center and new infrastructure at a Co-Lo facility along with a “warm” disaster recovery site to exceed business needs and still saved over $150k per month based on the previous solution cost.- Envisioned and executed an advanced digital strategy and capability comprised of advanced taxonomy, scanning, indexing, metadata, content management, data mining and retention management.- Envisioned and initiated an ISO 27001-based cyber security remediation program.Effectively managed $35M - $50M annual information technology budget along with a team of 100 employees and 40 contractors across the US, India and Mexico.
