Responsibilities:• Project management with Jira - I led a developers team working on projects covering software maintenance & new features development. All following agile project management techniques, ensuring the removal of obstacles to efficiency & effectiveness.• Project management with Scoro & Microsoft tools - I worked with clients on preparing project briefs, creating project scope, budget & stakeholder management. Projects covering areas such as concept development, digitalisation & process optimisation, all in a cross-country team (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Romania).
