We also outsource local technical Manpower ,training & Development .Responsibilities - Manage project implementation from start to closeout.- Project/Business Analysis Reporting-Ensure that projects are executed according to specification and contract requirements.- Manage team responsible for the project implementation- Work closely with the client team to ascertain a full understanding of the client's business requirements- Manage day‐to‐day operational aspects of a project and scope of the delivery life cycle to ensure the proposed timeline and budgets are met- Produce reports: feasibility, productivity, budget to actual and team hour reports.- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.- Translate requirements into specific project briefs and business requirementsdocuments- Create solutions to complex problems and draw up specific proposals for solutions -Work closely with client end users and mid‐level, senior‐level and executive management-Enforce project standards
