Responsible for overseeing the expansion of Kyanda into different countries in Africa. Working with the team to customize Kyanda to fit different African markets and ensuring we have enough resources to sustain our expansion plans.

My roles include:-Building and maintaining strong relationships with challenging and senior stakeholders to enable good quality decision-making.Ownership of the Chamber's governance structure, advising on function, form and management.Proactively advising the Chamber on key issues, escalating as necessary, being responsible for day-to-day management and decision-making.Responsible for the quality of papers and agendas to stimulate discussion and drive good quality decisions. Oversight of correspondence, lines to take and Chamber business.Leadership and management of a small secretariat team to foster an “intelligent secretariat” function.

My roles include:- Developing the company brand and designing relevant company material.Building and promoting the company brand in the country and beyond. Providing support and oversight for company activities and assignments. Operationalizing and implementing project strategies.

I'm tasked with managing all company operations. Representing the company in meetings and forums of interest in Kenya as well as globally. Development and operationalization of new businesses and projects. Carrying out day to day management of the company's activities, resources and relations.
