● Research latest Physical and Cybersecurity threats and trends ● Design and develop comprehensive physical and cybersecurity training programs for top-tier security and IT professionals● Create engaging and informative content to educate professionals on various security topics and enable them to clear prestigious security certifications ● Active participation in business development and marketing activities, resulting in successful execution of campaigns and achievement of business goals● Manage and execute key operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of business processes● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations and ensure successful project outcomes

● Lead multiple PBS i.e Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) offices and supervise everythingfrom data processing for vending & FDM system to installation on field. ● Working with Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC) for the maintenance of Prepaid meters.● Creating Installation plan and work order for Installation Team.● Ensure of Pre-paid system and its network stability & security.● Maintain MDM System for online data monitoring of GPRS/SMART meters of DPDC & BREB Project.● Troubleshooting of installed meters and system. ● Solving analytical, communication & customer problems.● Supervise fellow System Engineer, Site Engineer, Support Engineers for solving several issues in the DPDC.
