1- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion while establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with all concerned parties 2- Assemble project team, identify resource needs, assign responsibilities and develop timeframes to ensure successful project’s schedules and deliverables 3- Ensure Compliance with building & safety regulations4- Communicate & liaise with engineers and Architects to determine project specifications ( shop drawings, material and documents approvals)5- Monitor, track and evaluate daily construction progress, deliverables and deadlines in line with the contractual schedule (cost, resources, recovery plans…)6- Manage day-to-day operations and emerging problems ( Risk mitigation and problem solving)7- Negotiate and liaise with local authorities for timely permits issue8- Ensure QA/QC through the implementation of proper construction techniques9- Negotiate purchases with external vendors to reach cost effective agreements
