Organize the storage and distribution of goods, I need to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost, involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods, needs to have an understanding of the whole supply chain so they can co-ordinate it effectively and liaise with suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.must also be aware of external influences such as legislation, fuel costs and environmental pressures. I need to be considering how business development can fit with sustainability.

• To perform designated administrative activities to support the CEO • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule his appointments • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings • To screen incoming calls and correspondence (hard and soft) and respond independently when appropriate • Organize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information • Gather and prepare senior-level updates for weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly and quarterly meetings • Interaction with Boards of Directors and CEOs from other organizations • Prepare and plan Board of Directors meetings • To organize special high-level meetings on- and off-site.
