Manage day-to-day Human Resources activities of assigned locations (UAE, KSA, Turkey and Tunisia) in support of company guiding principles, performance objectives and business strategies.•Monitor, maintain HR programs and communicate program changes.•Monitor legal developments to ensure HR programs and policies are in compliance with local laws.•Consult with and advise management and generalists on legal and related HR issues.•Advise managers on various HR issues by collecting factual information, reviewing and interpreting company policy and recommending appropriate solutions.•Work with appropriate contact to troubleshoot problems regarding payroll, benefits, compensation and HRIS.•Administer and interpret company employment policies and programs.•Work with Compensation professionals in the administration of wage and salary programs.•Work with Benefit professionals in the administration of medical plan, pension and benefits programs.•Prepare and conduct training and employment development activities for employee relations, performance evaluation and other topics by researching various laws and policies, developing course objectives and appropriate materials.•Prepare and conduct training and deployment activities for managers on employee’s Talent Planning (9 Box, risk Assessment, succession planning and development plan)•Administer affirmative action plans. Provide data, e.g., workforce demographics, employment transactions to outside counsel relating to job duties, employment practices, promotion/transfer patterns, and work force demographics by coordinating various MIS data sources required to produce relevant data.•Monitor actual employment transactions, e.g., terminations, hires, promotions and factor analysis goals.Administer and oversee HR department support of acquisitions. Collect data to aid in acquisition process.
