Sr. Mechanical engineerCMW / French Army Team Responsible for the mechanical systems ( HVAC; Plumping; Drainage, Water Supply, Fire fighting ;Elevators;Infra) drawings reviews, Material Submittals, resolving contractor's Technical Queries(TQ's), Technical reviews and redesign if needed and Inspection of On-Site Mechanical installations during Rafting , Basement and other floors during construction stages. Carry out important Site inspections and Material inspection.  Review and monitor Contractor’s procedures/ practices for health and safety.  Review and monitor contractor’s shop drawings, material submittals , payments, POQ and method statements.  Review Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) design Drawings and redesign/advice if necessary. Check and comment Mechanical shop drawings submitted by the contractors. Check design calculation and redesign if necessary for related systems (Pumps Head Calculation, ESP for fans and Cooling Load, sizing of duct, pipes ) HVAC, Plumping, Fire Fighting and infra materials and equipments selection. Check materials submittals and compliance statements in light of contract specifications and drawings. Takeoff materials of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing and Water Supply. Coordinate Mechanical works with Electrical works. Coordinate MEP works against Structural and Architectural drawings. - Routine Activities Site Inspections and Supervisions. Inspect important works and support site inspectors for spec/ drawings compliance. Check for formwork/ false work / shutter work (dimensions/ verticality/ stability).  Implement ITP, Approved MS’s, and Check-list etc. Maintain record of Inspection requests and coordinate with site inspectors.  Take photos of construction activities /progress.for,United Arab Emirates Commanding Military works Al Hamra Training City.(complete mechanical work for complete city for infrastructure plumbing, storm water, water supply, drainage and firefighting networks.
