POSITION OBJECTIVEWhile providing the highest level of customer service, also responsible for overseeing business plan & sales strategy development along with managing sales, operations, controlling expenses and payroll budgets, handling personnel issues, accounting, merchandising, stock level control and loss prevention accross all the brands.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Oversee the sales performance by comparing the actual sales targets, previous years and projections, and take corrective action in coordination with other departments-Set sale schedule in coordination with Brand Managers, and direct the coordination of sales promotion actvities and pricing of merchandise- Direct the opening of new stores by ensuring the availability of needed resources (staff, merchandise,logistcs and other) and manage the closing of existing non performing ones- Review and monitor stock level reports, Audit shops operations and facilities on continuous basis in order to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures in terms of productivity, efficiency, safety, security and other necessary issues.- Monitor on continuous basis figures related to manpower cost and performance, coordinate with the Brand Manager and the HR to enable operations efficiency at optimum cost.- Handle the manpower planning and staffing, carry out other functional HR managerial responsibilities such as training, coaching, setting career plans, identifying potentialemployees and Monitor/Approve the scheduling of all types of leaves- Participate in the development of the seasonal projection report and monitor competitors' newopenings and street locations opportunities.- Prepare an annual budget and business plan for the stores/back office, secure timely and accurate issuance of yearly financial statements and provide continuous management ofthe back office functions including Logistics, Inventory, Store Services, Loss prevention, IT,Adminsitration and Accounting

Achieving the annual KPI targets, promoting business effectiveness and efficiencies whilst being responsible for the improvement of the existing processes and developing the people in the organisation.KEY DUTIES-Manages all functions of Retail Business to achieve alignment with policy and procedures of HQ support functions (such as Finance, IT, HR, Retail Operations, Property and Supply Chain).-Work in liaison with each support functions at HQ to ensure the relevant Country’s laws & regulations are compiled and high quality standards are kept consistently.-Work closely with each function managers at HQ to ensure sustainable business growth, productivity & profitability. -Follow up the retail real estate market to identify the new opportunities to realize the expansion strategies given by HQ.-Establish consistent ways and levels of KPI review down to store level with every Manager across the network owning their own part.-Work with each function manager and operations teams to identify, rationalize & analyse across all stores and consistently puts the customer expectation at the center of all decisions made.-Ensure brand mission, vision and values in the stores are shared and employees act in accordance with these corporate values.-Prepares and manages the budget of each store, submits to MD of International Business for approval. -Monitors sales targets, budgets, controllable expenses and all the operational costs. -Analyses reasons of stock deficits in stores and implements the corrective and preventive actions.-Ensures on time management of the stock movements between stores and reverse logistics according to HQ Allocation department.-Monitors all price adjustments and ensure discounts are implemented on time at all stores.
