Instrumentation And Control Maintenance Engineer
Current• Planning preventive maintenance schedules for all field instruments and issuing daily work permits.• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and instructions for daily activities and ensure work is completed on time and to the required standards.• Oversee the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems. This includes electrical power distribution, control panels, actuators, pressure transmitters and switches, RTD's, vibration transmitters, level transmitters and other equipment.• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and instrumentation issues, this involves analyzing complex systems, identifying faults, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.• Designing and implementing new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.• Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies• Liaise with Mechanical and Electrical sections and establish a seamless integration between operation and maintenance teams to ensure compliance to the planned maintenance activities.• Monitor and control required material, spares, consumables and tools in high quality and quantities to ensure continuous availability, preparing technical specifications and issuing purchasing requisitions. • Provide input to prepare and track the forthcoming major maintenance, upgrades and obsolescence issues to integrate with the company annual financial plan.
