 Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures. Collaboration with the merchandising team in buying seasonal stocks in head office.  Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Experience of managing KPIs and performance management. Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor stock levels in weekly basis.

 Maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping center’s services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities.  Be fully aware of the center’s Emergency Organization and response Procedures and maintain a clear understanding of Customer Services role and areas of responsibility.  Assist customers and provide excellent customer service by providing directions, information, answering questions, and performing other center specific duties as assigned.  Actively promote promotional activities to all customers – in person and on the centers PA system.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and educate them about the centers services and promotional activities.  Conduct all service and administrative functions of the Customer Service Center, Play areas and tenant in-mall advertising i.e. Gift card program, faxing, photocopying, daily tracking/monitoring etc.  Liaise with weekly Tenant memos, creation and distribution.
