Dans le cadre des projets concernant les évolutions du CMS sur l'application mobile de Disneyland® Paris, en tant que Chef de projet - coordinateur Technico-Fonctionnel (Functionnal Designer) , j'ai effectué les tâches suivantes :• Recueil des besoins métiers et IT• Organisation des workshops avec le métier et développeurs pour identifier le besoin en termes de design de contenus• Rédaction des Enablers et User Stories techniques et fonctionnelles (mapping nouveaux champs ou schémas dans le CMS)• Participation aux réunions de Product Backlog Refinement• Coordination entre les développements et les tests• Suivi, affectation et vérification des anomalies sur Jira• Formation aux équipes des intégrateurs des différents écrans de l'application Mobile• Design (XML) des nouveaux schémas et champs• Paramétrage du CMS• Rédaction des comptes rendu de réunion• Participation au sprint planning et aux rétrospectives
