Current- Staffing,
- Managing & Implementing all company policies in the recrutment field including, hiring policies, recruitment of new employess till the managerial level, and new hire orientation.Compensation & Benefits.
- Continually evaluate all company compesation polices, and procedurse and make adjustments to stay competitive with in the industry.
- Managing the monthly payroll ( for Egyptian, Nigerian branch ).
- Establishing the company medical and life insurance policies, as well the pension /saving plan ( under process)
- Participating effectively in esablishing the company salary structure/payscale.
