CurrentStaffing,•Managing & Implementing all company policies in the recrutment field including, hiring policies , recruitment of new employess till the managerial level, and new hire orientation.Compensation & Benefits.•Continually evaluate all company compesation polices, and procedurse and make adjustments to stay competitive with in the industry. •Managing the monthly payroll ( for Egyptian , Nigerian branch ). •Establishing the company medical and life insurance policies, as well the pension /saving plan ( under process)•Participating effectively in esablishing the company salary structure/payscale.•Participating in the annual salary surveys for both MSCC / EMP Egypt & MSCCI NigeriOrganization and Development:•Established the performance management system in the following area,-Competency model ( core & functional )-Performance standard.( KPIs)-Performance appraisal.-Feedback & employees growth.•Work closely with department heads, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement effective HR policies and procedures.. Established the job description , as well assisting on preparing the grading system with in the company.•Identifying / Preparing training needs assessment reports ( Based on the performance appraisal , questionnaire form,s and face to face interviews ) for both ( departments , employee levels) and•Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancementPersonnel•Managing all end of service procedures including exit interview to determine the ratio of turning over rate, as well identifying the main reason for leaving.•Preparing monthly reports that identify the head count for each department to make full control of the predetrmined manpower plan, as well preparing on quarter basis the reports that determin the turn over rate in order to investigate the reasons.
