Responsible for a team of 15 engineers and technicians to carry out maintenance works on All Analytical Instrumentation equipment and associated facilities. Responsibilities include managing and directing the team as well as providing technical expertise whenever required.the on line analyzers that we maintain are •GC by Yokogawa (GC1000 & analyzer server), Daniel Danalyzer model 500, 590 & 1000 and Siemens PGC-302.•UV photometric analyzers for sulfur recovery units, by Ametek –Western Research USA, model 900 ADA, 920, 930, 931.•Oxygen Zirconia analyzers Ametek (WDG 2000, Insitu), ABB EXFG & Panametrics.•Moisture analyzers & dew point transmitters by Ametek (3050OLV & 3050SLR), Michell and Panametrics •Lab gas chromatographs by Varian CP 3800 for hydrocarbons.•pH and conductivity analyzers made by Yokogawa, ABB, E+H & Polymetron•Reid vapor pressure analyzers by ATAC

Carried out Instrumentation and Control equipment installation, calibration and maintenance works. Activities included: •Calibration and maintenance of on line analytical instruments such as gas chromatograph, IR & UV analysers, oxygen analysers, water quality analysers and air quality monitoring analysers.•Calibration and configuration of pressure, temperature, level and flow instruments.•Calibration and maintenance of all control, safety and on-off valves.•Calibration and maintenance of fire and gas monitoring system. •Instruments loop check and testing•Installation of five air quality monitoring stations around Mellitah complex.
