• Heading the marketing and sales teams in finding new costumers• Understanding and communicating client requirements to appropriate workforce.• Finalizing deals and signing contracts with costumers on behalf of the owner• Pricing and estimating the budget of the whole project.• Dividing massive projects into small and easy steps, enabling engineers to perform their functions as per their area of expertise.• Following-up and supervising the project at various stages ensuring that it meets the Budget, quality and the time frame.• Controlling crisis management in contracting practices.• Analyzing risk registers and introducing process improvements accordingly leading the change management.• Preparing risk and contingency plans for projects delivery.• Accomplishing human resource jobs (with the human resources team) by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.• Coordinating between the three main teams (technical office, workshop and erection) and ensuring that these teams all meet the expectations of the costumers.• Liaising between clients and workforce, reviewed work on clients’ behalf.• Ensuring all construction processes were completed as per safety and quality guidelines.• Reviewing all the financial statements and making sure that profitability exceeds the owner’s expectations.
