Walid has more than 20 years’ of experience and outstanding achievement with many international and national projects delivered in partnership with global organisations providing training and development, implementing vocational education and training systems, employment and employability programmes, and building TVET institutions.His work in partnership with donors and international partners has proven to have increased the employability skills amongst young people and enabled their transition from school to real jobs.Walid has led and developed PETRA – the Print and Media Enterprise Training Partnership (ETP) since 2008 as the Executive Director. He has developed human capital and capacity building for many governmental authorities in different ministries such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Manpower and Emigration, Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Higher Education.
