Hello, my name is Walid Shaik Ahmed Basha and I'm an Industrial Engineer with experience in quality control, maintenance, and product quality. I have exceptional management, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts and tools. I'm highly motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering on different product platforms.In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in software such as SolidWorks, Six Sigma, MS Office, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis. I have also worked with various Pneumatics and Hydraulics tools such as Zhejiang Kaida Machine Lathe, Bosch, DeWalt, and Makita.I have a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University. I have also completed certifications and training in areas such as Turning NC Programming, Automotive Body Repair and Painting, MS Office, NX Design, and Six Sigma Green Belt.In terms of work experience, I have previously worked as a Quality Control Associate at Plasman Tecumseh Plant in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, where I executed routine tasks and checked the correction on the Plastic Manufactured Parts of Honda cars. I have also worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Lactalis K.S.A / United Food Industries Corporation in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, where I was responsible for analyzing systems and offering ideas for improvement, co-coordinating with maintenance engineers, and conducting research.I am also proud to have worked on several interesting projects during my time at Anna University, including the construction of a Flapper Type Robot with a Surveillance System, funded by the Centre for Technology Development and Transfer.
