Working in the Textile and RMG segment of Impress Group named the conglomerate as Impress-Newtex. As a member of Finance team responsible to perform then monitoring the execution of treasury finance operations from the very beginning to till end of transaction life cycle. key performances and job descriptions:Accounting & Financial Due Diligence - Coordination and provide information for accounting of daily transaction entries, bank reconciliation, month end financial reporting, annual accounts, internal control audit, review and completion of financial planning and budgetary control, credit rating, surveillance of bond financing etc.- Facilitate the recognition and measurement of transactions in respect with liability position.- Investigating and examining accounting has been done in accordance with IFRS guideline.- Expedite submission of withholding tax, VAT Return and salary tax statement to NBR followed by payment along with resolving related accounting implications.- Ensuring all bank transaction advice, loan statements, schedules, liability reports have been timely served to all expected stakeholders.- Coordinate monthly inventory counting and valuation done by external auditor.- Continuous correspond with charge holders and other stakeholders to resolve their queries.Fund management and Treasury Operation- Provide liability position report to analyze limit status of both funded and non-funded facilities.- Assisting line manager to prepare and updating monthly schedule for major payments.- Assessing, reviewing and executing charge documentation and board approval for loan sanction.- Assessment and allocation of funds for monthly investment into instruments and mutual fund.- Expedite fund arrangement for factory workers monthly wages of approximate BDT 100 million.- Execution and review the working progress of any sorts of bank transactions like pay order, fund transfer, standing e-mail instructed payments, SWIFT, cash withdrawals etc.
