Playing a role in preparing our future generation through creating enterprises and partnerships. I believe apart from the Climate Crisis, the biggest threat is Human Crisis. Are we preparing our future generation to be relevant and provide value in a fast-moving 4th industrial revolution? That's why I started Light of Hope Ltd. in 2016 to solve this question: 'How can we develop empathy, creativity, moral values among children; so that they grow up as a responsible adults?' Solving that problem leads to all the companies, brands, initiatives we are undertaking. I started my career in BRAC; although I am an Engineer. I wanted to find how can I use 'Engineering Skills' to solve 'Social Problems'. I am a life-long student of Sir Fazle Hasan Abed and BRAC. I learnt that in order to solve a difficult problem you have to build an ecosystem. An ecosystem of services, products, companies - whichever direction it takes to solve that problem. And you need to play long game: A 10-20-30 year game to solve difficult problems like quality education and future skills. I know we can't do it alone. This problem is too big to solve for one company or even some organizations. That's why I am constantly looking to meet, engage and learn from others. And if there is scope to collaborate to do meaningful work, I am ready to jump in. Since I become a father myself, I am putting more energy and effort to solve the problem.
