I am an Intellectual Property attorney with expertise in commercial contracts, IP transactions, patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, and patent and trademark prosecution. While at Sea Ltd., I provided intellectual property and commercial counseling for Sea's video game publisher and developer, mobile fintech banker, and online shopping subsidiaries. I expeditiously and creatively counseled and guided legal and business units in Singapore, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. My legal practice as an associate at two large New York-based law firms included plaintiff and defendant side IP litigation, IP transactional work for investment and large-scale M&A deals, and patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
