Responsible for the acquisition program for the south end portion of the Alameda Corridor Project. Grade Separating the trains which run from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to the rail yards in downtown Los Angeles. Developed the policies and procedures for the acquisition of real property and the relocation of business for the project. Supervised the consultant selected to acquire and relocate business within the South End project area.

Santa Ana, California

Responsible for the acquisition of real property for the Redevelopment of the City of Santa Ana, included Main Place Mall, the acquisition and relocation of occupants for the entire downtown area of the city. This included over five hundred parcels and there subsequent conveyance to developers for the development of office structures, store fronts, government buildings, residential (both single family and high density), mall and mix-use developments.
