I am originally from Pikeville, Kentucky. After high school, I moved to Lexington, KY to go to the University of Kentucky, and I graduated from UK with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.I am fascinated by the bourbon process, and I want to be a part of that. I am currently in the spirits industry with Sazerac at the Barton 1792 distillery in Bardstown, KY. I am a Leadership Development Professional where I work with production and operations of bourbon and other spirits. I am currently a bottling supervisor where I oversee 3 bottling lines. I keep up with line rates, downtime, case counts, and production quality in order to provide a quality product to the customers. I want to stay in the bourbon industry and in the future be part of the distillation process.I have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam for Mechanical Engineering, and I plan to take the PE in the future.
