I study both political science and financial economics at the University of Rochester. Through my studies and life experience I have developed a passion for finance. I am therefore seeking internships in corporate finance (such as private equity, credit and risk analysis, and investment banking). In my internship with Colton Alexander I was given various responsibilities such as due diligence and valuation of sustainable startup companies. From this experience I gained invaluable research and attention to detail skills that I have been able to leverage in my daily life. In addition, I currently serve as the business manager for the University’s men's club volleyball team where I am honing my money management skills and learning how to efficiently allocate resources to meet demand. Through those roles and other work experiences I’ve learned that difficult work is something I can do and thriving in fast paced environments is the type of work I enjoy.I look forward to leveraging my past work for my role this summer as a Finance and Credit Intern where I will gain invaluable learning experiences in the banking industry.
