My practice focuses on helping people improve their Self-Management - the skills we all need to function efficiently in our daily lives. I work with older children, adolescents, and young adults to help them identify and overcome the barriers to their success. I specialize in AD/HD, Aspergers, Depression, and Anxiety. But many of my clients don't have a mental health diagnosis; they just need some outside help in getting to the next level. For many adults, this may mean navigating hurdles in college or the workplace. I provide individual, family, and group therapy services, but I incorporate family therapy into all the work that I do. I believe that in order to facilitate change in the individual, we must facilitate change in the individual's system.
