Streamlining multiple existing systems into a single UI, sunsetting existing systems and increasing functionality and time to market for new products.-Successfully lead the product team for our streaming data platform, working with tech leadership and architecture to create a plan to modernize our platform. Created and maintained a unified backlog across multiple teams and verticals to ensure a well defined vision and definition of done. This view gave excellent visibility to leadership, stakeholders, and consumers, resulting in rapid feedback and easy feature requests. Delivered MVP into production with clear feedback channels for users.-Owned the product vision for multiple data teams, including owning overnight data processing, authorization and event data streaming, and payment instruments. Worked with production/QA support teams with on call rotations, owned the product vision for new platforms, and prioritized migration efforts.-Created a system for prioritizing and responding to production and QA data processing requests. Worked with the tech team to implement this system for handling on-call pager incidents as well as longer term requests. This allowed the team to create bandwidth for platform improvements while handling highest priority incidents and requests.-Regularly created and presented roadmaps, documentation, vision statements, and demo’s to leadership, stakeholders, customers, and users.
