Fly a two-crew Medevac-Status King Air 200 providing urgent transport for critical-care patients throughout Central Alberta. Duties include: pre & post flight inspections, checking NOTAMs/weather, flight planning, dispatch coordination, pilot flying & monitoring, and transporting patients to higher-level-of-care facilities in accordance with the SOP’s, CARS and the COM. Flew in high traffic areas-such as CYEG and CYYC, including Cold Lake Restricted Airspace CYOD. Responsibilities also entail patient care and comfort, cooperation with paramedics during transfer in & out of aircraft, refueling, and cleaning aircraft.

Participated in towing operations for WestJet fleet aircraft: De Havilland Dash 8, Boeing 737 (700, 800, Max 8), and Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Duties as per SOP’s include operating the APU, Hydraulic, Fuel, and Electrical Systems, coordinating intentions with ATC via onboard radios, operating aircraft parking brakes, and supervising the safety of the Tow. Acquired experience in airline ground operations, communication skills, time management skills, and ensuring airline satisfaction.

Duties included flight planning, weather briefing, sending flight tickets to flight watch, weight & balance, and low-level aerial patrolling of pipelines throughout Alberta in accordance with the CARS and the COM. Flew patrols in high density areas and various Restricted Airspaces by means of PPR requests. Responsibilities also entail photographing pipeline anomalies, annotating photos, submitting photos to oil & gas companies for observation, and submitting daily reports.
