- Led the implementation of a new Point-of-Sale system (Toast), trained new employees how to use it, and met with senior management to analyze system issues representing the Sandy Springs location
- Responsible for nightly financial closeout including analyzing sales growth/decline and managing labor costs
- Work various roles as needed (host, expeditor, server)
