  My responsibilities often times differ on a day-to-day basis. Some of the concrete responsibilities include: monitoring Accounts Receivable, monitoring the flow of invoices through the appeal process, recording journal entries, preparation of monthly partner reports, write-off's, write-down's, auditing cases to analyze the variance between the budgeted fees and expenses, and the billed/unbilled fees and expenses and budgeting for same.I have also assisted in the transition to a new accounting and timekeeping system and the implementation of the new system, budgeting revenue for the year, budgeting attorney billed/collected dollar amounts and hours worked, bank reconciliations, and preparation of Form 1099s and Form 1040s.
