Ensuring the infrastructure meets the needs of a modern production pipeline, I thrive on working in this environment. More importantly, I love nurturing talent from junior roles through to experienced seniors supporting them to keep growing in all areas of their careers.I’m passionate about bringing the industry together. Over the past decade, I have done this through events, social platforms and as a founding member of the Motion Design Guild of Aotearoa. We are successfully bringing together the industry from all levels to meet, collaborate and connect producing work.It excites me to connect with freelance talent globally and bring them together with teams I manage based in New Zealand.
