Sits at the issuing table and interacts with voters, Reviews applications, looked up voters in Panorama, processed voters in Panorama, printed envelopes, issued Conditional Voter Registration (CVR) and Provisional Ballots, Monitored the Ballot Boxes, Ensured Envelop is sign and dated, issued I voted stickers. Ballot Support: Opened vote by mail envelopes and extracted ballots. Sorted vote by mail envelopes and ballot staging.

During the initial start-up of the San Bernardino Operations for the Document Management Department, my first task was to learn the role of the prepper. This role requires pulling the correct documents from the origination file in order for them to be scanned. The images are then made available on Filenet for other users to view. I was later cross-trained as a validator. This role requires the validation of the accuracy of scanned images before they download to Filenet as well as the editing of documents as far as deleting blank pages, splitting documents, and rearranging images. As a validator, I determine when a document should be re-scanned. At the present time, I have been cross-trained for QC. This requires checking the preppers if they prepped the origination files accurately and for errors. I execute documents, Research, and Data Entry. At the present time, I am being cross-trained in the File Procurement/Document Management Department. I am working with the MS Word, Access, Alltel, Filenet(Panagon), and the File Procurement Deficiency applications. I request documents from the custodian through spreadsheet by email and fax. I receive the docs from the custodian by email, fax and mail to be process. I attach cover sheets to the documents that need to be imaged. I order new cases for file review.
