I am a strong advocate of living a balanced lifestyle and have been helping my clients to master the art of getting their Zen on Anywhere, Anytime — quickly, easily and fully with my signature D-Stress Fitness™ products, services & programs. I have been very fortunate to have facilitated countless one-on-one sessions, classes, workshop and instructor training seminars. Many have said that I am an inspirational speaker/trainer, gifted practitioner/instructor and compassionate leader. I truly feel I am the one who has been blessed and that on a daily basis I have the great pleasure of assisting soooooo many people to find greater peace, get healthier and be happier in Mind & Body 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Namaste
