AWS - Procurement and Supply Chain New Cluster Launch Team- Global responsibility for the contracting and procurement of equipment and services across EMEA, APAC, Australia, and North and South America. - Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing all support and maintenance master agreements and work orders with an annual spend that exceeds $250 million. - Ensure internal business partners gain all necessary approvals by leveraging relationships with various groups (Legal, Risk, Finance, Tax, etc.) to minimize overall risk to Amazon as an organization.- Work with regionalized business groups in over 10 countries to guarantee all critical pieces of equipment have redundancy either through multi-sourcing arrangements, operational models, and/or internal sourcing strategies. - Develops purchasing strategies for individual sourcing categories involving both long-lead equipment and annual maintenance services. - Recently developed and launched a new cluster launch plan enabling the effective and timely support of each data center launch around the world.

- Established proposals and negotiation objectives as well as negotiated favorable prices, terms and conditions of the largest (spend of $50 million or more) and most complex contracts while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. - Responsible for preparing and supporting major proposals which entailed utilizing effective communication skills to establish Sprint’s needs, processes and policies while also coordinating the desires of all parties involved and brief company management on contract statuses. - Responsible for managing standard and non-standard contracts for the organization to ensure they comply with business requirements, local and federal regulations as well as corporate policy.

- Manage, draft, negotiate, and maintain all single-family, multi-family, and commercial architecture contracts, change orders, and addenda for all domestic and international clients in accordance with LGI/LDI’s policies and procedures. - Prepare and present contracts, addenda, lender’s certificates, and governmental filings to the CFO and CEO for signatures. - Assist and advise the architects on federal contract regulations/requirements that apply to their projects and submissions. - Redrafted, submitted and negotiated over 400+ contracts and addenda (in a 2 months span) during a company switch, while revamping and initializing a new contract infrastructure and filing system for Lessard Design Inc.- Tailored and edited individual client form-based contracts, consultant contracts, and financial certificates to each projects’ scope of work, overall company policies, and the architect’s relationship with the entity. - Assisted the General Counsel in local and out-of-state lawsuits; dealing mostly with collections and breach of contracts claims.

- Worked as an integral part of the Government Contracts team, while assisting the commercial litigation attorneys.- Reviewed contracts, researched relevant FAR/DCAA/DFAR clauses and case law, reviewed and responded to vital discovery documents, drafted motions, prepared presentations, and served as a direct liaison between the firm and our clients.- Filed and maintained all contract related documents for current cases and protests. - Traveled abroad and assisted a client in locating and gathering estate materials and business records aboard the World Condominium Cruise Ship while docked at Menorca, Spain.

- Worked alongside the three named partners of the firm in condominium conversion projects, real estate and property litigation, organizing and incorporating businesses, and planning and distributing client’s estates.- Managed the firm’s entire collection of entities and properties including management, financing, and daily activities. Also implemented a new property management software program effectively organizing the firm’s properties to allow complete control and access to all facets of the properties and finances.

- Successfully marketed numerous professional athletes including current NFL and MLB players. - Assisted in contract negotiations and free agent dealings with numerous NFL, MLB, CFL, and AFL teams for clients. - Implemented an in-house video editing and highlight film creation studio. Created custom DVDs for each player featuring game films, player profiles, and career statistics to assist in marketing the players to various professional organizations. - Worked alongside an experienced agent, being actively involved in every aspect of dealing with both clients and organizations.

- Drafted and edited briefs, motions, discovery responses, deposition summaries, client letters, and trial exhibits.- Assisted the lead attorneys with the successful defense of a trucking fatality case in the Eastern District Court, Southern Division of Michigan: Biegas v. Quickway Carriers, Inc.- Worked side-by-side with the named principle of the firm, instituting new technology into the trials and the overall environment of the firm. Also, played an integral role in marketing the firm’s services to insurance and trucking companies at seminars. - Implemented a newly designed firm newsletter, handled all technology issues within the firm, and created all electronic exhibits and visual aids for each trial that the firm was involved in.

- Assisted in numerous million-dollar cases, working side-by-side with the lead paralegals and attorneys.- Productively organized and reviewed several files at a time, working with the paralegal team to meet deadlines set by clients and the lead attorneys. - Instituted a new filing system, both in the hard-copy storage rooms and electronically, using Real Legal Binder.
