As a member of the Business Management & Support team, my role is to grow the connectedness and increase employee engagement within the six Enterprise Risk departments, the Risk domain and the CLR domain in general. My main focus is the implementation of the new Risk business area on SharePoint. This is the main hub for Risk information, which needs to be presented in a user-friendly format and maintained by an engaged and committed community of content publicists. As well as developing and implementing internal communications for Enterprise Risk I participate in the CLR communication collective where engagement and knowledge sharing is key.

Responsible for change and program communications relating to the global implementation and adoption of the HR system Workday, HR processes and HR Target Operating Model. Working closely with the change managers and learning specialists within the team, my focus is:• developing and executing the global communications approach and planning• creating and maintaining a collaborative global communications network• development and production of communication materials for use worldwide (storylines, animations, videos, newsletters, mailings, Yammer content)• supporting the program management team with documents for decision making• providing communications support for the program ‘streams’ (Employee Journey, IT, Data)

Positioning and growing the Communications department from solo position to 3-man strong proactive department supporting the Board and Senior Staff departments. Examples of achievements through collaborative project management, internally and externally, are:• design and implementation of company house style• implementation and continual development of internal social and collaboration platforms in Typo3, SharePoint, Drupel, Tangelo• managing content creation, text, photo and film, for print and online• developing communications and channels for strategic messages• managing agency relationships for production of content and channels• developing and launching global campaigns for staff departments such as Corporate Ethics & Compliance and IT• embedding of company culture and values

SENSE is a professional association with approximately 350 members, including editors, translators, interpreters, copywriters, and teachers of English communication skills. Each year, SENSE organizes a full programme of professional development activities such as lectures and workshops, as well as several social events.As Chair I orchestrated the digitalisation of SENSE, working hands-on with my fellow EC members to achieve successful implementation.

The SENSE Webmaster is a member of the organisation's EC. During my time in this role I upgraded the website and was actively involved in daily business and decision-making.
