The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is considered the premier operations development program within UTC. Continued operational improvement is critical to UTC's success, and Operations Leadership Program associates work on projects of real value in the areas of; General Management, Lean Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Management. The OLP consists of three eight-month rotations that may take place at UTC corporate headquarters, or at any of UTC's business unit sites in the US or abroad. The goal is to develop my competencies in Lean Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Management, as I gain exposure to a broad range of operational skills, disciplines and functions. I will learn how to apply core concepts to UTC operations, explore the entire scope of UTC products and services and find out how various business units work, compete and succeed.

Manage parts that are manufactured for the F135 engine program. I interface with various suppliers across the world in US-partner countries including; Australia, Canada, Italy, the Netherlands, and the US. Additionally I am the Export Lead for the International Parts Center, overseeing all Business Area Export Representatives, license management, and analyzing business needs to support compliant best-in-class export processes.Developed new suppliers within partner countries in collaboration with strategic sourcing and F135 program officeIdentified 25% cost reduction on 4 parts in support of war on cost initiativesManaged 6 Military License Agreements and 12 material licenses to provide export compliant technical support and hardware delivery from foreign suppliers

I manage PW4000, FT4000 and PW6000 parts procured from various Asian suppliers. Daily activities include purchase order execution, delivery assurance, quality review, and management of raw material from various sub-tiers throughout the world. I am also an ACE Pilot with the International Parts Center, and work to strive for achieving competitive excellence by improving efficiency and analyzing business process issues.
