• As commercial manager I was responsible for setting the overall business strategy, including go to market strategy, funding strategy and mix and production mix. Achievements include:
• Complete business plan (information memorandum) development, strategy, writing for the purpose of debt and equity capital raising.
• Secured $2 million of debt funding from one of the ‘Big 4’ Australian banks.
• Successfully negotiated the terms to acquire a complementary aluminium business to provide expertise, plant and equipment.
• Undertook global plant and equipment search

• Novus Metals Group was a company incorporated for the sole purpose of bidding for a large multi year aluminium supply contract to an ASX listed mining company. I was responsible for the bid structure, customer due.
