In my role on one of the United States DoD's most critical capability development programs, I work directly with Joint Customer counterparts to lead a Lockheed Martin and Industry Partner team in executing rapid technology “Block” upgrade efforts. Upgrades are comprised of hardware, software, and systems integration domains.

Advanced petrochemical operations with Transformation Projects targeting process control, asset monitoring, and digital data connectivity. Facilitated full-tier scoping evaluations for each unit, tracking of cost value projections, and empowered cultural adoption of transformation. Responsible for identifying and applying technology to directly influence profit.

Managed full-lifecycle technical projects from conception to execution. Built cross-discipline project teams to accomplish risk reviews, management of change, and field construction. Provided daily engineering support for unit and business team operation. Personal Project portfolio exceeded $4 million. Machinery Reliability Technical Group | Condition Based Monitoring: Led team design and execution of hardware and software monitoring system on 150 priority machinery assets. Coordinated international partnership including Georgia Pacific (Atlanta) and Radix Engineering (Brazil) to leverage industry leading sensor technology and custom software. Project executed to full deliverables within +/-3% of estimated cost. Fuels Business Team: - Drove 15 technical projects in the Fuels sector of the Corpus Christi Refinery for both East and West plant locations including multiple Crude, FCCU, and HF Alkylation units. Chemicals Business Team:- Drove 8 technical projects in the Chemicals sector of the Corpus Christi Refinery for both East and West plant locations including CCR, Xylene Loop, Sat Gas, and specialty chemicals production.

- Team achieved historic, industry-leading 28 day completion of FCC turnaround as Solomon 1st quartile performance- Drove execution of exchanger, tower, vessel, heater, and piping work in critical maintenance outage of FCC - Coordinated five separate contract companies, removing roadblocks and driving efficient resource utilization

- Drove execution of 72 piping packages, including critical path piping - Coordinated three separate contract companies across two work zones and manpower shifts with Turnaround Manager - Team attained an aggressive 7-day early completion date resulting in $2M incentive with zero recordable safety events

- Lead for Engineering, IT, and Business recruitment teams (35+ recruiters) at Texas A&M University (68,000 students)- Guided volunteer team in developing and executing recruiting program and budget strategy- Created “KOCH Aggie Leaders” interview series and global “KOCH Aggies” network page

Welded and assembled a large-scale Agriculture Dept. R&D automated chili de-stemmer that utilized computers to control conveyors, cameras and high pressure water cutting systems. Participated in learning design through fabrication and testing.
