Walker Sears is passionate about flying and skydiving, and aims to spend as much time in the air as he can. He is currently a college student at Central Oregon Community College (COCC), where he is pursuing an associate's degree in aviation science and a helicopter pilot's license. He transferred from Southern Utah University (SUU), where he also studied aviation science. Before joining college, Walker served in the US Army for over three years, stationed at Fort Campbell. He attended Air Assault school and learned how to rappel out of helicopters and sling load operations. He developed skills in communication, problem-solving, and team building, which he applies to his academic and professional goals. He also gained valuable experience in working with diverse and dynamic teams, and adapting to challenging and changing situations. Walker's motivation for flying and skydiving stems from his service and his desire to explore new heights and perspectives.
