I work with my executive clients to negotiate executive compensation agreements, non-compete agreements, separation agreements, and complicated equity incentive programs.Because I work with my clients most sensitive situations, I am a key trusted advisor. As a result, I provide daily counseling on critical business issues impacting their growth. As part of my practice I am an advocate for “paying it forward” and actively seek out key synergy partnerships with my clients and network to find effective, economical, and efficient solutions to my client’s key pain points.
