Deliver the St John Ambulance First Aid for Mental Health one day course focusing on understanding stress, anxiety, depression and suicidality, recognising the signs of each and strategies to manage them.

My aim is to teach, guide and support individuals and organisations to apply the science of positive psychology to promote and enhance wellbeing. My focus is on building resilience; managing stress; developing a growth mindset, grit and perseverance for success; utilising strengths and developing social and emotional intelligence to foster strong relationships and promote wellbeing. Positive Mind Body Australia is a national mental health and wellbeing organisation providing mind body programs, with a current focus on supporting those dealing with infertility. Our vision is that people will understand and use the mind body connection to transform their lives, to experience optimal health and wellbeing.We are excited to be launching Dr Alice Domar’s Mind Body Program for Fertility for the first time in Australia. This program was developed by Dr Domar, a leading fertility expert in the United States of America. The program has been running at the Domar Center in Boston for over 25 years.The Mind Body Program for Fertility, launching March 2015, consists of 10 weekly 2 hour sessions incorporating lectures, skills training and group sharing with other women experiencing infertility. The program is open to women at any stage of fertility treatment including women not yet in treatment and those taking a break. The program will be available in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
