Current-Coordinating implementation of LEAN metodology,-Development and implementation of improvements and standards,-Working on KPIs improvement,-Conducting internal trainings and workshops for employees at all levels in the field of process improvement,-Building a culture of continuous improvement among employees at all levels,-Active participation in laboratory development projects, implementation of new facilities and research methods,-Monitoring the proper course of processes,-Work on improving laboratory productivity,-Active participation in international project groups,-Cooperation with other staff in solving current production problems,-Participation in the preparation and modification of the layout of the laboratory building,-Supervision of proper operation, maintenance, inspections and repairs of equipment,-Supervision of documentation and records relating to equipment,-Work on ensuring a high level of equipment reliability,-Staff training in the operation and maintenance of equipment,-Preparation and approval of work instructions for equipment and schedules of control / calibration,-Planning purchases of equipment, reference materials,-Coordinating work of the Maintenance Engineer,-Reporting to Business Unit Cluster Manager.
