I have also filled in as an intrim production manager, and lead supervisor when needed.

I was in charge of setting up a machine shop in this plant for punch pressing holes in house jack stands. I was involved in the floor plan and placement of machines to maximize thruput, and productivity in a safe environment. Trained all employees to do the job efficiently.

Machining of all parts comming thru machine shop, Inspect, and ship. Supervise 2nd shift employees and manage work load for on time delivery of product to customers.
