The benefit of this activity is that the work on the platform continues in an organized manner, according to the pre-established schedule; Tracking work orders and appointments, checking the working conditions and critically analyzing whether they have actually been carried out, what their current status is and, if not, how urgent it is to carry them out, in order to optimize them for a new, more suitable date. As a planning technician, outsourced to the Petrobras system, I was responsible for drawing up the technical list of various maintenance materials in the offshore supplies area (pump parts, screws, seals), adjusting the NM using the Klassmatt system, direct contact with national and international suppliers to check parts, I was also responsible for checking technical documentation (data sheets, P&ID), technical drawings and equipment catalogs using the Sindotec system.

After my experience as a general office assistant, still in the Petrobras system, my contract was for the management of the company Tempo Serviços LTDA, in the role of administrative assistant, continuing what had already been delivered in terms of requisitions and stock materials.

Through networking, I was invited to join the team at BPO Serviços Administrativos LTDA, still a provider of outsourced services in the Petrobras system, where I started working as a general office assistant, as a form of promotion, with the responsibility of dealing with purchase requisitions and analyzing and managing the transfer of stock materials.

I started my career in the Petrobras system, with a contract outsourced by Petroeng Petróleo e Engenharia LTDA, as a messenger, where my responsibility was to deliver documents internally with excellence and zeal, and to control access to the building.
