• Worked alongside elected officials, local advocacy groups, and the Biden for President Political and Coalitions team to engage and activate young voters in the 2020 election. • Turned out 70% of young voters, a 9 percentage point increase from 2016 youth turnout. • Successfully planned and executed over fifty events in under seventy days to engage and inform voters between 18 and 36 about Biden-Harris for President and democrats up and down the ballot.

Foote’s bills and bills of other Members• Managed multiple staff members, including up to 10 Policy Analyst researchers • Composed and maintained communications for Representative Mike Foote including his website, newsletter, social media, and talking points• Performed administrative duties for Representative Mike Foote including keeping his schedule and handling constituent outreach and issues• Created and implemented a system of organization for tracking constituent communications and outreach

• Targeted, prepped, and supervised candidate and surrogate fundraising call time for Colorado Secretary of State campaign • Planned and recruited for over 25 fundraisers around Colorado, coordinating with a multitude of hosts including elected officials and county parties • Fundraised more money than any previous Secretary of State Candidate in Colorado’s history

• Campaign without an opponent which allowed a focus on top tier races in nearby competitive districts by assisting in day-to-day management of campaign affairs and aiding the campaign teams in planning fundraising events • Planned and promoted fundraisers in support of Rep. Foote and the House Majority Project; formed and fundraised for the Foote Leadership PAC

• Mobilized volunteer teams in three different Colorado Congressional Districts to advocate for federal comprehensive immigration reform• Coordinated and managed grassroots rallies and press conferences, as well as weekly phone banks

• Organized the residents of Erie and Lafayette, Colorado to re-elect President Obama; turned out at least 95% of voters in all of the precincts I managed • Recruited, trained, and managed 175 regular volunteers in voter contact efforts; empowered many of those volunteers to recruit and train others autonomously, enabling organization expansion • Planned and coordinated two Presidential events with 10,000+ people in attendance at each

• Assisted in a 6th grade classroom, intervening in academic, behavioral, and attendance issues with the goal of decreasing the drop-out rate. • Developed and sustained an after school program for sixth through eighth graders that provided homework assistance and delivered lessons on a variety of topics including health, world politics, and personal finance
