My responsibilities include:•Consumer lending• Engage members to understand and identify their financial needs; cross sell appropriate products to deepen the relationship• Provide solutions that offer more convenience and improve member’s lives• Open new accounts• Resolve member service issues, handle complex account issues • Initiate complete and accurate loan applications from leads and identified opportunities• Partner with branch team and Specialists to connect them to experts who can help with specialized financial needs • Assist in the development of promotional strategies to meet sales goals. Proactively seek out and make recommendations for process improvements related to member service delivery• Participate in and support Business Development efforts, to include attending Community Events• Support member growth strategy by contacting perspective leads from business development events, generating sales results through marketing campaigns, call lists, and member referrals• Comply with all policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirementsConsumers is a fresh, enjoyable alternative to banking. • Provide information on and cross sell credit union products and services.• Identify member’s needs regarding loan services and generate referrals to Andigo’s Lending Sales team. • Review and expedite new account applications and all documents pertaining to credit union products and services.• Assist members with processing of financial transactions.• Investigate/resolve discrepancies in members’ accounts. • Responsible for learning and adhering to new or current procedures, policies, guidelines and programs.• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, philosophy, services and products, including federal and state regulations (Reg CC, Bank Secrecy Act, Truth In Savings, etc.).
